Treat yourself, or someone you love, to the gift of deep relaxation and open up to the benefits of sound healing. Totally relax and let go! Unplug from the stress and constant stimuli that surrounds us especially during the holiday season. Allow the healing sound and vibration of the gong and vibratory instruments to wash over your body and mind for clarity and total relaxation. The session starts with light breath work and progressive relaxation to prepare the body and mind for a sound bath. We seal the energy of our journey with a short meditation.
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, journal and whatever you need to be comfortable.
