Spiritual Solutions Book Study
Facilitated by Spiritual Practitioners Mena Swanson Eastwood and Shannon Hoffman
Meets virtually on Zoom - link provided after registration.
Love offering - no one turned away.
We will come together in 6 sessions to share insights, questions, and curiosities. In her book, Mel Robbins introduces the "Let Them" theory, which is grounded in the idea that you can find peace and freedom by letting people do what they want. The book argues that trying to control others’ perceptions or actions is exhausting and unnecessary. Ultimately, "Let Them" is about empowerment: allowing others to be themselves while you focus on your own path, leading to greater authenticity, resilience, and inner peace.
Our first meeting will begin 9/22/2025 (All on Zoom).
